Born and raised right here in the Charlotte market, I have seen the growth that has transpired over the past 40 years in this market. I began my real estate career in 2005; when I obtained my full building license from the North Carolina General Contractors Licensing Board; which I still hold to this day. While working with investors and brokers, we specialized in full scale renovations to turn around sale (Home Flipping). This began my passion for working in the real estate industry as a whole. In 2014, I obtained my full real estate brokers license; to be able to work with Sellers and Buyers with their Real Estate goals. By assisting people with their largest investments and watching those investments take off is a reward within itself. If you or someone you know is interested in my services, buying or selling.
